These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms of Use or this Web Site.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Use derogates from Lone Star's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web Site or information provided to or gathered by Lone Star with respect to that use.

ONLINE SHOPPING

Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon conducts an online shop from which merchandise and gift certificates can be purchased.  Al products are for sale only within Australia and all transactions will be conducted in $ Australian only.  Physical merchandise and Gift Certificates purchased from the Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon online store will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.  Any items which remain undelivered outside of these time frames will need to be followed up directly by yourself with the shipping company whihc in this case is Australia Post.  

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you are unhappy with the merchandise that you have purchased from the Lone Star Steakhosue & Saloon Online Shop, you can return it undamaged to P.O Box 6085, Parramatta, NSW 2150 within 7 days of delivery to your address.  Shipping charges are unable to be refunded and the cost of returning the goods is to be borne by the customer.  Refunds are not applicable to Gift Certificates which are not able to be refunded once purchased.

DEFINITIONS

"Loss" means any loss, liability, cost, expense or damage, however caused (including through negligence) which may be directly or indirectly covered.

"Linked Web Sites" means web sites of people other than Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon (Holdings) Pty Ltd which are hyperlinked from this Web Site.
