The Lone Star restaurants embrace a Texan Style concept featuring Texan artefacts and music. The fun and vibrant atmosphere created by the restaurants' "Texan Roadhouse" ambience is enhanced by specially selected upbeat country music and neon beer signs.

The staff join in the fun when they perform their own Lone Star style of line dancing during the evenings. It is these unique features, along with the decor, menu, excellent service and Texas memorabilia, that enhance the casual dining experience and establish a distinct identity for the Lone Star concept.

Lone Star is further distinguished by its high quality steaks aged for 21 days and hand-cut from Australian grain fed beef and grilled to mouth watering perfection over mesquite wood which ensures a distinctive flavour! The unique Texan menu also consists of specialty appetisers like their famous Amarillo Cheese Fries, soups, Chilli and salads plus a selection of ribs, chicken and fish, all served in generous Texas size portions. Lone Star is also fully licensed and opens 7 days for lunch and dinner.
